Evaluation- what I learnt
From doing this mood board, I incorporated all the essential code and conventions used in the Horror genre. Some of the pictures such as 'The girls wearing revealing clothes' are purposely used there as there could potentially be different interpretations whereby the film could be erotic or there are sexualised female characters. These pictures are there to show the fundamental ideologies presented in the genre of Horror but the objective nature of these pictures makes it easier for us to interpret these pictures in own way. Therefore, we try to incorporate all of these pictures in our Horror teaser trailer as well as our own interpretation of this given mood board.
